How do I return an item? RejenX offers a 90 day guarantee on our CORE product and a 30 day guarantee on our VIRTUE product. Requests for returns must be made within the respective 90 and 30 days from the date of purchase.
You can return your product by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) via the contact button on the website and following the return mailing instructions provided once you receive your email with your RMA#.
