Policies and Procedures

1. Changes to the Policies and Procedures, Terms of Use, Security/Privacy Policy or Compensation Plan

Because the law and the business environment periodically change, RejenX reserves the right to amend its Policies and Procedures, product offerings and prices, or any other part of the program at its sole discretion. By clicking on “I Agree” the Customer indicates agreement with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, and agrees to abide by all amendments or modifications that RejenX elects to make to the Agreement. Notification of amendments shall be issued in official RejenX Materials, which may include RejenX’s newsletters and/or posting amendments on the Company Internet Website www.RejenX.com.

2. Severability

If any Provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, such provision shall be fully severable from Agreement and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect and be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision never comprised a part hereof. Furthermore, in lieu of such invalid or unenforceable provision, there shall be added, in its place, a provision as similar in its terms to the invalid or unenforceable provision as may be possible and legal, valid and enforceable.

3. Shipping Policy

RejenX will make every attempt to ship products within 24 hours of receipt of orders, but under normal circumstances, product will not be shipped later than 3 days after receipt of order, with the exception of delays for inventory and holidays.

4. Confirmation of Order

A  Customer must confirm that the products received match the products listed on the shipping invoice and are free of damage. Failure to notify RejenX of any shipping discrepancy or damage within fifteen (15) days of shipment will cancel a Customer’s right to request a correction.

5. Gift of Products

Gift of products to a person in an Unauthorized Country of Operation is allowed only if the unauthorized country allows such gifts under the laws and regulations that govern the Company products. It is your responsibility to confirm with the Customs Bureau where you intend to gift the product to determine if the products are allowed in the country.

6. Payment

6.1 Checks and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT/ACH)

RejenX reserves the right to hold any order paid by check or electronic funds transfer (EFT/ACH) until receipt of confirmation of payment has cleared the bank.

6.2 Insufficient Funds

It is the responsibility of each Customer to ensure that there are sufficient funds or credit available in his/her account to cover any orders placed and to cover Auto Ship Program orders. RejenX will not contact Customers concerning orders cancelled due to insufficient funds or credit. As a result of insufficient funds or credit, a Customer’s order may not be processed.

6.3 Returned Checks and Dishonored Electronic Funds Transfers

All checks and dishonored electronic funds transfers returned by a Customer’s bank for insufficient funds will be resubmitted for payment. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged to the account of the Customer. After receiving a returned (dishonored) check or EFT/ACH, all future orders must be paid by credit card, money order, or cashier’s check.

8. Return Procedures

All inventories must be returned by the Customer who purchased them directly from RejenX. RejenX must authorize all returns before they are shipped to the Company. Customers must contact the Customer Service Department at the RejenX Home Office to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be shipped within five (5) days of receiving the RA number. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement or refund. All returns must be shipped to RejenX pre-paid. RejenX does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in Shipping for returned products shall be on the Customer. If returned product is not received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the returning party to trace the shipment. The return must include:

A. RMA number on the shipping carton;

B. Copy of the invoice;

C. Unused portion of the product in its original container and/or any empty containers.

9. Auto Ship Customer Program Address and/or Payment Changes

If you are presently on the Auto Ship Program, you must make the changes online yourself or submit a request to update your information via the contact button on the website or by calling Customer Service at (888) 470-9992

Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEB SITE OR ANY OTHER RejenX WEB SITE(S) OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICES FROM RejenX.

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between RejenX, a Limited Liability Company (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) and you. This Agreement sets forth the legal terms and conditions for your use of this web site and any other RejenX web site(s) and for your purchase and/or use of any RejenX goods or services (collectively referred to hereinafter as, “Offerings”).

1. Use of Material

Your use of RejenX’s web site(s), including all web pages (collectively, the “Site”) and all information, data, text, software, information, images, sounds or other materials (collectively, the “Content”) contained therein, or your use or purchase of any other Offerings confirms your acceptance of this Agreement and is subject to your continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or other Offerings, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Site or other Offerings, except as otherwise expressly stated in Section 7 of this Agreement (RejenX Customer Guarantee).

The Site and other Offerings and software used with the Site and other Offerings contain information that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secret laws, service marks, patents and/or other proprietary rights and laws (collectively, “Intellectual Property Laws”). In addition, the Content contained within the Site or other Offerings or in sponsor advertisements, in information presented to you through the Site or other Offerings or in information presented to you by advertisers is protected by Intellectual Property Laws. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Site or other Offerings, in whole or in part, unless authorized by us, in writing, to do so.

RejenX, LLC. All Rights Reserved. RejenX owns and operates the Site and/or other Offerings in conjunction with others pursuant to contractual arrangements. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute materials from the Site or other Offerings in any way without our prior written permission. You may not modify any materials contained within the Site or other Offerings nor use any materials for any other purpose. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any intellectual property through your use of the Site or other Offerings.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable license to use the Content on the Site solely for the purpose of viewing the Site or other Offerings in the course of using the Internet. Subject to the foregoing license, you may not make a temporary or permanent copy of the Site or other Offerings or any Content, on any media or for any purpose whatsoever. We do not transfer the title to any Content to you.

We retain all right, title and interest in all Content. You may not sell, resell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise translate any of the software portions of the Site or other Offerings to a human-readable form. You may not transfer any portion of the Site or other Offerings to any third party.

RejenX, our logo, and the name of the products produced, marketed, sold or distributed by the Company, are trademarks and/or service marks of RejenX, LLC. or its affiliates. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Site or other Offerings are the trademarks, service marks or logos of their respective owners.

2. Disclaimer

We reserve the right at any time to:

- Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement;

- Enhance, add to, modify or discontinue the Site or other Offerings, or any portion of the Site or other Offerings, at any time at our sole discretion

. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be provided to you via e-mail or by display on the Site (hereinafter, “Notice”). Your use of the Site or other Offerings after such Notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with its most current version.

The Site or other Offerings, in whole or in part, may be enhanced, modified or discontinued at our sole discretion. Any enhancements, additions or modifications to the Site or other Offerings will be subject to this Agreement.

Although we attempt to maintain the integrity of the Site and other Offerings, we make no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of the Site or other Offerings. If you believe that you have discovered an error in the Site or other Offerings, please contact us at www.RejenX.com and include, if possible, a description of the error, its URL location and your contact information. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

By using the Site or other Offerings, you expressly agree that:

- The Site and other Offerings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except as expressly noted in the section of this Agreement entitled RejenX Customer Guarantee.

- We do not make any warranty that (i) the Site or Offerings will meet your requirements; (ii) the Site or other Offerings will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site or other Offerings will be accurate or reliable; or (iv) any errors in the Site or other Offerings will be corrected.

- Your use of the Site or other Offerings is at your sole risk. Advice, statements or opinions should not be relied upon when making important personal, medical, legal or financial decisions. You should consult a professional to obtain specific advice appropriate to your circumstances. You are solely responsible for any damage to you or to any third party caused, directly or indirectly, by any material that you download or obtain through the Site or other Offerings. We may not be held liable for any damages or harm attributable to viruses or other destructive materials.

- We make no representations or warranties regarding independent distributor web sites, including warranties of merchantability or fitness of purpose. You should not rely on any representations or warranties contained on any independent distributor web sites.

- The Company must approve any additional warranties in writing.

You agree not to hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, designees, representatives, or our suppliers liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including, for example, damages for loss of profits, loss of goodwill, and loss of data), even if we have been advised that such losses may occur, which result from:

- Your inability to access your registration data at any time;

- Your use or inability to use the Site or your purchase or use of other Offerings;

- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or

- The acts of any third party related to the Site or other Offerings.

You hereby waive any claims with respect thereto, whether based on contractual, tort or other grounds, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Depending on the applicable jurisdiction, some of the limitations contained in this Section may not apply to you.

3. Your Access

You must obtain access to the Internet and pay any service fees associated with such access to use the Site. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary for you to access the Internet. You are and will remain solely responsible for the purchase, hookup, installation, loading, operation and maintenance of any hardware, software, telephone (cable or other) service, and the Internet access service to your personal computer and for all related costs. You are solely responsible for scanning your hardware and software for computer viruses and other related problems before you use them. We have no liability or responsibility for any errors or failures relating to the malfunction or failure of your hardware or software.

4. Your Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. RejenX products and the RejenX business opportunity cannot be offered, shipped into or sold in any country outside of those countries that are previously authorized by RejenX. Currently those countries authorized are the U.S.A. and Canada. RejenX is expanding its sales into other markets, accordingly please check for updates periodically.

5. RejenX Customer Guarantee

RejenX guarantees the quality of any product which carries the RejenX name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, a retail customer is not completely satisfied with any RejenX product purchased from RejenX.com, or a replicated RejenX web site, we offer an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Simply request a refund from RejenX within ninety (90) days from your receipt of the product by contacting our Customer Service Department at www.RejenX.com. This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused.

6. Your Information and Your Privacy

If you provide information to the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about you where requested and you agree to maintain and update such information as appropriate. Pursuant to our privacy policy, we may disclose any information about you that we collect through the Site or otherwise to third parties. For more information, please see our full Privacy Policy. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon Notice. Your use of the Site or other Offerings after such Notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. Be sure to review the privacy policy periodically to ensure your familiarity with its most current version.

7. User Conduct

You are responsible for any and all Content that you send to us.

You may not use the Site or other Offerings or any information that you get from the Site or other Offerings to:

- interfere with any other user’s use of the Site or other Offerings;

- conduct any unlawful activity;

- intentionally solicit or harm minors in any way;

- misrepresent your own identity or any affiliation that you may have;

- modify, adapt, sub-license, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site or other Offerings;

- alter or remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices;

- “frame”, “mirror” or “deep link” any part of the Site or other Offerings without our prior written authorization; or

- link to any page within the Site or other Offerings from any web site or web page that makes any claims as to the curative or health enhancing powers of any substance, whether or not such substance is produced, marketed, sold or distributed by us.

8. Use of E-Mail Addresses Provided by the Site

When using any e-mail address provided to you on or through the Site or other Offerings, you agree not to transmit to any person or entity:

- any Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, harmful, harassing, tortuous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or is racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or is subject to an agreement of confidentiality, or infringes upon our or any third party’s intellectual property or other rights;

- any non-public information about any company;

- any trade secret; or

- any computer code, files or programs (for example, a computer virus) designed to interrupt, destroy, compromise the security of or limit the functionality of any device.

- spamming is strictly prohibited. Spam is defined for this purpose as sending an unsolicited message to any persons, entities, newsgroups, forums, e-mail lists or other groups or lists unless prior authorization has been obtained from the e-mail recipient who explicitly permits sending e-mail communication to them, or unless a business or personal relationship has already been established with the e- mail recipient. IF YOU ARE “SPAMMED” BY SOMEONE WHO IS SELLING OR DESCRIBING REJENX’S PRODUCTS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, PLEASE CONTACT US PROMPTLY SO THAT WE MAY TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.

- The use of false headers in e-mails or falsifying, forging or altering the origin of any e-mail in connection with RejenX and/or its products and services is prohibited.

- If a person or entity indicates that they do not want to receive e-mail, you agree not to send e-mail to such person or entity. If a person initially agrees to receive e-mail, but later asks to stop receiving e-mail, you must abide by that request.

- RejenX prohibits engaging in any of the foregoing activities by using the service of another provider, remailer service or otherwise.

9. Idea Submissions

If you submit any ideas, suggestions or testimonials to us, we have the right to use your submission without charge in any manner that we deem appropriate, including posting on the Internet. You may only post ideas and material to this Site if you have obtained appropriate copyright and other permission to post such materials and to permit us to use such material without restriction. You agree that you will not violate or infringe the rights of third parties, including privacy, publicity and intellectual and proprietary rights, such as copyright or trademark rights.

10. Testimonials

The people giving product testimonials on our Site or other Offerings reflect the actual experience of each individual, are anecdotal only, and may be atypical. RejenX and RejenX products are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease and are not intended to substitute for a doctor's care or proven therapy.

11. Links

We may provide links to third party web sites or resources. Our provision of such links is not an endorsement of any information, product or service reached through such link. Since we do not have any control over third party web sites or resources, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any Content, or for your reliance on any Content, found on such third party web sites or resources.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, designees, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or in any way related to:

- your acts or omissions in connection with the Site or other Offerings;

- the acts or omissions of any person in connection with the Site or other Offerings using your account;

- your purchase or use of the Site or other Offerings and the purchase or use of the Site or other Offerings by any person using your account;

- breach of any provision of this Agreement;

- any allegation that any materials submitted to us, transmitted to us or through the Site or other Offerings infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or

- violation of the rights of any party, including without limitation any claims of libel, defamation, violation of rights of publicity, trespass, and infringement of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

If we make a claim for indemnification, you agree to seek and receive written permission from us before agreeing to settle any claim or action.

13. Termination; Modification

At any time and for any reason, we may terminate your use of and access to the Site or other Offerings. At any time and for any reason, we may modify or discontinue providing the Site or other Offerings, or any part thereof, with or without notice to you. No notice is required to affect any termination right of any party. You shall not hold us responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages due to our modification or discontinuation of the Site or other Offerings or our termination of your access to the Site or other Offerings.

14. United States Law

If you choose to access the Site or other Offerings from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if, and to the extent that, such local laws are applicable. All software used on the Site or other Offerings is subject to U.S. export controls. No such software may be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders. By downloading or using any such software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit the availability of the Site or other Offerings to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction at any time.

15. Miscellaneous

The laws of the State of California apply to this Agreement (without regard to California’s conflict of law principles). Any dispute between you and us must be brought before state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. If a court finds a portion of this Agreement unenforceable, the rest of this Agreement will continue to apply. This is the entire Agreement between you and us relating to the Site or other Offerings and this Agreement replaces all prior written or oral agreements that may have existed between us. You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone without our written permission. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive our right to enforce the same provision in the future. The headings contained in this Agreement are for informational purposes only, but are not, themselves, enforceable provisions of this Agreement.

16. California Privacy Rights

Beginning January 1, 2005 under California’s "Shine the Light" law, California residents are entitled once a year to request and obtain certain information regarding RejenX's disclosure, if any, of personal information (whether collected online or offline) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2009 will receive information about 2008 sharing activities).

Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the "Shine the Light" disclosure requirements and only the required information will be included in RejenX's response. Indeed, because RejenX does not generally share personal information that you provide on the Website to any third party for marketing purposes, the Shine the Light law permits RejenX to respond to disclosure requests by informing you of that practice, and that is exactly what this section of this Terms of Use provides.

Please note that any request under the Shine the Light law will be limited to RejenX's use and disclosure of your personal information. You will need to make the same request of your RejenX Independent Distributor if you would like to obtain information about any disclosure that he or she has made of your personal information.

Security/Privacy Policy

RejenX LLC. recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of information collected from our customers. RejenX LLC. is committed to respecting our customers’ privacy. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you as to what information may be collected from you when you visit our website (“the Site”) or when you become a Distributor or customer, how such information will be used by RejenX and/or other persons or entities, with whom such information may be shared, your choices regarding the collection, use and distribution of such information, your ability to edit, update, correct or delete such information and the security procedures that we have implemented to protect your privacy.

Notice

Collection of Information

At different occasions you may be asked for certain types of personally-identifiable information (e.g., your first and last name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, credit card number, bank information in connection with automatic deposit/debits, etc.). We hope you will provide us with this information. However, if you do not want to disclose your personally-identifiable information to us, please do not submit it. This does mean that in some cases we will not be able to provide you the service you have requested.

We may also collect non-personally identifiable information from you when you visit the Site (e.g., your IP address, browser type, domain name, etc.). This information is collected and analyzed in the aggregate in order to improve the function and content of the Site.

Use of Information

We use the information that is collected about you for a variety of purposes. You will be informed about these purposes at the time of collection. In general, however, we foresee the following uses:

-Website visitors

Information about you may be used to add you to our email subscription list, analyze trends and statistics, enhance the operation of the Site, serve content and advertisements and send informational and promotional materials about RejenX and other companies.

-Customers

Information about customers will in addition be used to provide customer service, confirm and fulfill your orders, ship your orders, and administer payments and possible problems and disputes with dispatchers and other service providers.

Choice

We have existing business relationships and may develop other relationships in the future with business partners. In these instances, we may share or otherwise allow access to information that is collected about you that will enable our business partners to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest.

At the time we collect your information you will be given the choice to accept or refuse the disclosure of your information for such marketing purposes, and for marketing by RejenX.

Onward Transfers

We may employ vendors to perform functions on our behalf. Examples of such functions include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, email administrative functions, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These vendors are under a contractual obligation to use confidential data received from RejenX only for purposes that fall within the functions for which they were hired.

We may disclose information that we collect about you when we have reason to believe that this is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be harming you, us or others. We may also disclose information when we believe the law requires it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect about you remains accurate, timely and secure. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant its complete security. We shall not be responsible for harm that you or any person may suffer as a result of a breach of confidentiality in respect to your use of the Site or any information you transmit to the Site.

Data Integrity

Personally-identifiable information will be kept in active files or systems as long as needed to meet the purposes for which it was collected or as required to perform the contractual relationship with the Distributor and his/her up-line, and the commercial relationship with the customer.

RejenX will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information is accurate and complete.

Access or Corrections to Your Information

If you identify any inaccuracy in your personal information, or if you need to make a change or would like to verify such information, please contact us so that we may update your information in our records or you may go online to www.RejenX.com and update your own information in your personal back office. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate all such requests.

Complaints

RejenX takes privacy concerns seriously. If you believe that RejenX has not complied with this Privacy Policy, you may contact us at www.RejenX.com. Please describe in as much detail as possible the ways in which you believe that the RejenX Policy has not been complied with. We will investigate your complaint promptly.

Website Specific Information

Protection of Children

The Site is a general audience web site that is not specifically designed or targeted at children. We do not knowingly collect, use or disseminate any personally-identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If, however, we become aware that personally-identifiable information regarding a child under the age of 18 has been collected at the Site, we will use such information for the sole purpose of contacting a parent or guardian of the child to obtain verifiable parental consent. If we cannot obtain consent after a reasonable period of time, or if when contacted a parent or guardian requests that we do not use or maintain such information, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it from our records. Upon request by a parent or guardian, RejenX will provide a description of the specific types of personal information collected from a child who is under the age of 18.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on computer hard drives. We may use cookies to recognize you when you return to the Site in order to provide you with a better user experience. Our cookies do not contain any personally-identifying information, such as your name, or sensitive information, such as your credit card number. We may allow third parties to use cookies on the Site. We do not control the use or contents of third party cookies. Web browsers often allow you to erase existing cookies from your hard drive, block the use of cookies and/or be notified when cookies are encountered.
